Abstract:

Soil and water resources are the most valuable assets of the countries and are the primary elements in the supply of the food they need to sustain their lives. The operation and management of land and water resources, which are not renewable and low resources, is directing the countries of the world to work coordinated at a global level. The water limitation, which may be the result of global warming, the increased demand for food due to the growing population and industrial and urban development, are the most important threats to the water resources and increases the pressure on the resources. While planning for the future, societies should take into account these risk elements, use and develop the potential of soil and water resources, while also preserving the resources. In this study, the Batman Land and Water Resources were evaluated and the existing resources and potential were attempted to address the problems addressed in the operation and present solutions suggestions.
