Abstract:

Alveoler kretlerde görülen kemik defektleri dental implant yapımı öncesi çeşitli cerrahi yöntemlerle restore edilebilmektedir. Özellikle ön bölgede dişsiz kretlerde hem kemik yüksekliğini hem de genişliğini arttırmak amacıyla titanyum meş yöntemi ve greft kullanımı ile hem estetik hem de fonksiyonel açıdan iyi sonuçlar elde edilebilmektedir. Bu olgu raporunda travma nedeniyle fonksiyonunu yitirmiş maksiller ön keser dişlerin çekimi ile oluşan kemik defektinin titanyum meş ile başarılı bir şekilde konstrüksiyonu ve dental implant tedavisi takibi ile beraber sunulmuştur. Anahtar Kelimeler: Yönlendirilmiş doku rejenerasyonu, dental implant, allogreft   MANAGEMENT OF TRAUMATİC BONE DEFECT OF MAXİLLA WİTH TİTANİUM MESH AND DENTAL İMPLANTS: A CASE REPORT ABSTRACT Several surgical techniques have been proposed to restore the defects of the alveolar crest. Titanium mesh technique is used to improve deficient bone height and width in the defect area and offers good results both esthetically and functionally especially when used in anterior maxillary edentulous crest. In this report, successful reconstruction of bone defect resulted from extraction of traumatic non-functional maxillary incisor teeth with respective dental implantation was presented with relevant follow-up.
