Abstract:

A sixteen-year-old postmenopausal woman went to our hospital with a close back pain. The ultrasound (USG) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRG) were performed on the detection of the polypoid mass compatible with the benign neoplasm in the office hysteroscopy; the resulting of the left osteoarthritis, the thin wheat was followed by the harmful injury with the polyps of approximately 2 cm diameter and was removed hysteroscopically. Makroscopically, the mass was capsulated in dimensions of 2x1,5x1 cm, and the cut was in a lipomatic structure of yellow-white color. In microscopic examination, a neoplasm that shows lobular formation, which is separated by fibrosis septum containing capillaries, formed by maturity adiposites, was observed. The masson trichrome in the histochemical painting was followed by blue in the joint tissue, red in the muscle tissue found in the vein walls. These findings have been diagnosed with lipom of the uterus. Because the lipomas of the uterus are extremely rare, this phenomenon is presented accompanied by literary knowledge.
