So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

2009

Abstract:

Behçet's disease is known as a vasculitic pathology with a usually systemic course. It is described as intestinal Behçet's disease in the presence of gastrointestinal system involvement, such as intestinal ulcers, hemorrhage or perforation. Prevalence of intestinal Behçet's disease is very rare in Turkish patients and accounts for less than 1% of the patients. It may mimic inflammatory bowel disease or present as massive hemorrhage. Intestinal ulcers are mostly seen in the terminal ileum and cecum and may be complicated with perforation. Herein, we report two cases with intestinal Behçet's disease, one of which was diagnosed as Behçet's disease while under investigation for the etiology of intestinal disease.
