Abstract:

Bu çalışmada, Sosyal Güvenlik Reformu (5510 sayılı Sosyal Sigortalar ve Genel Sağlık Sigortası Kanunu) ile birlikte işverenin koruma ve gözetme borcu kapsamında çalışanın sağlığının ve güvenliğinin korunmasına ilişkin İnsan Kaynakları (İK) profesyonellerinin görüşlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Nitel araştırma olarak planlanan bu çalışma durum araştırmasıdır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, maksimum çeşitliliği sağlamak amacıyla farklı mesleki deneyim, farklı yaş ve farklı eğitim düzeylerine sahip 8 İnsan Kaynakları profesyonelinden oluşmaktadır. Yarı Yapılandırılmış Görüşme Formu ile elde edilen veriler, içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılarak değelendirilmiş ve İK profesyonellerinin görüşleriyle tema, alt tema ve kodlar oluşturulmuştur.

Social Security Reforms From The Perspective Of Human Resources Professionals: A Preliminary Evaluation

Abstract:

In this study, it is aimed to determine the views of Human Resources (HR) professionals regarding the protection of the health and safety of the employee within the scope of the employer's obligation to protect and observe with the Social Security Reform (Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510). This study, which is planned as qualitative research, is a case study. The study group of the research consists of 8 Human Resources professionals with different professional experience, different ages and different educational levels in order to ensure maximum diversity. The data obtained with the Semi-Structured Interview Form were evaluated using the content analysis method and themes, sub-themes and codes were created with the views of HR professionals. In the research, the views of HR professionals were categorised under 4 themes. As a result of the research, it was determined that HR, which aims to provide an efficient and effective service in organisations and businesses, has important roles in terms of OHS. It has been determined that workers are protected and their awareness is increased with OHS practices carried out by the HR department.
