Abstract:

This study aims to determine the level of teachers' perceptions about the audit process in schools and whether this level varies according to some demographic variables. The research has been developed in the screening model. The universe of research is made up of 4,000 teachers who work in the state's primary, secondary and high school in the 2021-2022 educational year. The sample consists of 409 teachers who were created using the layer sample method from unselective sampling methods. For the purpose of collecting research data, the "Education Attitude Scale", "Education Attitude Scale" and the "Personal Information Form" developed by the researcher were used. The statistical processes were performed using the SPSS 15.0 program. According to the research, the teachers' perceptions of the audit process in schools are at a "mediate" level. Teacher perceptions regarding the audit process in schools show significant differences according to the study status and graduated faculty variables, while gender, civil status, age, school type, number of teachers in school, branch and professional senior variables do not show significant differences.
