Bu çalışma, orman işletme şeflerinin iş yükü düzeyleri ve bununla doğrudan ilgili tükenmişlik, işe bağlı stres, motivasyon, iş-aile çatışması, iş-yaşam kalitesi, yaşam tatmini, örgüte ve mesleğe bağlılık, rol çatışması, rol belirsizliği ve genel iş doyumu düzeylerini belirlemek; bu değişkenlerin orman işletme şeflerinin sosyodemografik özelliklerine göre farklılaşma durumunu incelemek ve orman işletme şeflerinin iş yükü düzeyleri üzerine diğer değişkenlerin etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre orman işletme şeflerinin olması gerekenden yüksek düzeyde iş yükü, iş-aile çatışması, motivasyon düşüklüğü, rol çatışması, rol belirsizliği ve yaşam tatmini düşüklüğü hissettikleri, buna karşın orta düzeyde işe bağlı stres, örgüte ve mesleğe bağlılık düşüklüğü, genel iş doyumu düşüklüğü, iş-yaşam kalitesi düşüklüğü ve tükenmişlik yaşadıkları belirlenmiştir. Araştırmada orman işletme şeflerinin medeni hal ve evliyse eşinin çalışma durumu dışında kalan diğer tüm sosyodemografik özellikler itibariyle iş yükü düzeylerinde farklılaşmalar olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.
This study was carried out with the aim of determining the workload levels of forest management managers and the direct related exhaust, employment-related stress, motivation, work-family conflict, work-life quality, life satisfaction, organizational and professional commitment, role conflict, role uncertainty and overall work satisfaction levels; to study the status of differentiation of these variables according to the sociodemographic characteristics of forest management managers and to determine the effects of other variables on the workload levels of forest management managers. The research finds that forest business managers feel higher levels of work burden, work-family conflict, low motivation, role conflict, role uncertainty and low life satisfaction than they need to be, but they experience middle-level employment stress, low organizational and professional commitment, low overall employment satisfaction, low work-life quality and exhaust. The study found that forest business chefs have differences in working load levels according to all other sociodemographic characteristics left outside of their husband’s work status if they are civic and married.
This research has been taken in order to identify forest rangers’ workload, burnout, job stress, motivation, work-family conflict, quality of work-life, life satisfaction, organizational and vocational commitment, role conflict, role ambiguity and job satisfaction; to examine differentiation status of these variables according to forest rangers’ socio-demographic characteristics; and to put forth the effects of other variables ‘levels on forest rangers’ workload levels. As a result of this research, it is determined that forest rangers have been a high-leveled workload, work-family conflict, low motivation, role conflict, role ambiguity and low life satisfaction, and have been a medium-leveled job stress, low organizational and vocational commitment, low job satisfaction, low quality of work-life and burnout. It is also determined that there are some differentiations in their workload levels due to all socio-demographic characteristics.
