Test suşlarının, four Gram pozitif (Bacillus subtilis NRRL B-209, Micrococcus luteus NRRL B-1018, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Streptomyces murinus ISP 5091), three Gram negatif (Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Proteus vulgaris NRRL B-123, Pseudomonas aeroginosa ATCC 27853) Candiada albicans ATCC 10231, Saccharomyces cerevisae ATCC 9763, Aspergillus parasiticus NRRL-465 olmak üzere toplam on patojene karşı antimikrobiyal etkisi araştırılmıştır.
This study was conducted in the Army University between 2014-2015 years with the aim of determining the anti-microbial activity and antibiotic sensitivity of three Actinomadura, one Kribella, three Micromonospora, two Nocardia, one Nocardioides, two Nonomurae and two Streptomyces. Three Gram negative (Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Proteus vulgaris NRRL B-123, Pseudomonas aeroginosa ATCC 27853) and four Gram positive (Bacillus subtilis NRRL B-209, Micrococcus luteus NRRL B-1018, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Streptomyces murinus ISP 5091), three Gram negative (Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Proteus vulgaris NRRL B-123, Pseudomonas aeroginosa ATCC 27853) and Candiada albicans ATCC 10231, Saccharomyces cerevisae ATCC 9763, Aspergillus parasiticus NRRL-465 have been studied. Antimicrobial activity is assessed by the presence or absence of inhibition zones. The disc diffusion method for the antibiotic sensitivity test was preferred and the inhibition zones that the juices formed against the nine antibiotics recommended by CLSI (Ampicilin, Chloramphenicol, Erithromycin, Neomycin, Oxacilin, Sulfafurazole, Streptomycin, Trimethoprim sulfamethoxazole) were studied. Micromonospora is the most sensitive group to antibiotics, while S23 is the most resistant to antibiotics. Streptomyces MD16 (DSM 42099T, KCTC 29436) MD40 (DSM 42100, KCTC 29437) has high antimicrobial activity. Therefore, it can be said that MD16 and MD40 juices are bacteria that produce hopeful antibiotics.
