Abstract:

The aim of this study is to reveal the thoughts of school managers about the Education Program in Primary Schools. According to this purpose, the research has been done in the scan model, and the work has been done using the conversation technique of the quality data collection methods.The research work group; in the Bursa Illi Gürsu district in 2021-2022 Education teaching year, the school directors, the director authorized teachers and the director assistants who work in the primary schools associated with the Ministry of Education (MEB).In this context, twenty-two (22) interviewer from the school directors have been discussed. In the study, five questions were prepared, discussed with school managers, their views on the Education Program in Primary Schools, the aspects they find positive/negative of the program and the recommendations related to the program.The findings obtained in the study were divided into subtitles according to the intensity and evaluation.The findings obtained from the study;the school managers viewed the Education Program in Primary Schools in general positively,the student's academic success increased the effectiveness of the Education Program in Primary Schools, but some disadvantages in the teachers and managers' rights were found.
