So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

İşletmeler, amaca dönük pazarlama ile sosyal sorumluluk ve pazarlama stratejilerini birleştirerek ekonomik ve sosyal faydayı birlikte üretebilmektedirler. Ancak firmaların ekonomik fayda sağlaması, tüketicilerin amaca dönük pazarlama kampanyalarına şüphe ile bakmasına neden olabilmektedir. Tüketici şüphesi, amaca dönük pazarlama kampanyalarında en önemli risk faktörlerinden biridir.  Bu çalışmada, tüketici şüpheciliği yanında tüketici sinizmi ve algılanan tüketici etkinliğinin amaca dönük ürün satın alma niyeti üzerine etkisi yapısal eşitlik modellemesiyle analiz edilmiştir.  Analiz sonucunda tüketici şüpheciliğin ve tüketici sinizminin amaca dönük ürün satın alma niyeti üzerine doğrudan etkisinin olmadığı, algılanan tüketici etkinliği aracılığıyla dolaylı bir etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The impact of consumer perception on the intention of purchasing in targeted marketing

Abstract:

Companies can generate economic and social benefits together by combining targeted marketing with social responsibility and marketing strategies. However, the economic benefits of companies can cause consumers to look into their targeted marketing campaigns with doubt. Consumer suspicion is one of the most important risk factors in targeted marketing campaigns.  In this study, along with consumer doubts, consumer sinism and the impact of perceived consumer effectiveness on the intention to purchase a target product were analyzed by structural equality modeling. The analysis found that consumer doubt and consumer sinism had no direct effect on the intention to purchase the targeted product, and had an indirect effect through the detected consumer effectiveness.
