Abstract:

The Systemic International Political Theory (SUPT) tries to explain how states have influenced the international political structure. The expression of interaction can be described as cooperation and conflict. In this regard, SUPT considers military power practices as an instrument of foreign and international policy. This study will evaluate the question of how the international political structure affects the transformation of the U.S. military power. The uniform and restrictive nature of the international political structure produces an equal environment for units active in the systemic structure. That’s why every unit that works in the structure needs transformation and change. The United States, as a unit of international political structure, has needed change and transformation to maximize its security. It can be said that U.S. military exercises began to change after the Vietnam War. Since that period, the US has exercised its military power by carrying out more private and covered operations and by supporting its allies.
