Bireylerin yaşamlarında iyi oluş kavramına sahip olmaları önemlidir. Fakat bu süreçte kişiler çeşitli olumsuzluklarla karşılaşmaktadırlar. Bu güçlükler ile başa çıkmak için değişime direnci azaltarak, farklı şartlara uyum sağlamak gerekmektedir. Bu noktada değişen çevresel koşullara uyum gösteren kişilik özelliklerinin oluşumunda psikolojik esneklik kavramının önemine dikkat çekilmektedir. Son yıllarda psikolojik esneklik olgusunun yaygınlaştığı gözlenmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Yüksek Öğretim Kurulu Ulusal Tez Merkezi, veri tabanında yer alan "Psikolojik Esneklik" ile ilgili hazırlanan lisansüstü tezlerin bibliyometrik analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırmada psikolojik esneklik üzerine yazılmış olan tezler yıl, tez türü, danışman unvanı, üniversite adı-il, enstitü, üniversite türü, anabilim dalı, konu, sayfa sayısı, örneklem grubu ve anahtar kelime gibi değişkenler ele alınarak bibliyografik açıdan incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarında psikolojik esneklik konusundaki tezlerde 2022 yılında büyük bir artış olduğu ve tezlerin en çok İstanbul'daki üniversitelerde yazıldığı bulunmuştur. Tez türü olarak yüksek lisans tezlerinin sayısı en yüksek oranda olduğu ölçülmüştür. Tez danışmanlarının unvanlarının büyük ölçüde Doktor Öğretim Üyesi olduğu görülmüştür. Tezlerin "Kabul ve Kararlılık Terapisi", "yaşam doyumu", "psikolojik katılık" anahtar sözcükleri ile psikoloji konusunda yapıldığı saptanmıştır. Analizlerin sonucunda tezlerin çeşitli özellikleri belirlenerek bir profil oluşturulmuştur. Bu profile göre, psikolojik esneklik konusunda yapılan lisansüstü tezlerin sayılarında yükselme olduğu görülmektedir. Bu bağlamda, elde edilen bulguların psikolojik esneklik konusunda araştırma yapmak isteyen kişilere rehberlik etmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
It is important for individuals to have a good sense of being in their lives. But in this process, people are faced with various negatives. To cope with these difficulties, by reducing resistance to change, it is necessary to adapt to different conditions. At this point, the importance of the concept of psychological flexibility is highlighted in the formation of personality characteristics adapting to changing environmental conditions. In recent years, the phenomenon of psychological flexibility has increased. In this study, the National Thesis Center of the Higher Education Council, a bibliometric analysis of the postgraduate theses prepared in relation to the "Psychological Flexibility" in the database was carried out. The theses written on psychological flexibility in the study were studied from a bibliographic point of view by addressing variables such as year, thesis type, consultant title, university name-il, institut, university type, anatomy branch, subject, page number, sample group and keyword. The research results found that the theses on psychological flexibility had a significant increase in 2022 and the theses were most written in the universities in Istanbul. As a thesis type, the number of master's theses is measured at the highest rate. The titles of the thesis consultants have been found to be largely doctors. It has been found that the theses were made on "Acceptance and Resilience Therapy", "Life Satisfaction", "Psychological Participation" and the keywords on psychology. As a result of the analysis, a profile was created by determining the various characteristics of the theses. According to this profile, there is an increase in the number of postgraduate theses on psychological flexibility. In this context, the findings obtained are intended to guide those who want to conduct research on psychological flexibility.

It has been observed that the phenomenon of psychological flexibility has become widespread in recent years. In this study, bibliometric analysis of graduate theses prepared on "Psychological Flexibility" in the database of the National Thesis Center of the Council of Higher Education was performed. In the research, theses written on psychological flexibility were examined bibliographically by considering variables such as year, type of thesis, title of supevisor, university name-city, institute, type of university, department, subject, number of pages, sample group and keywords. In the results of the research, it was found that there was a great increase in the theses on psychological flexibility in 2022 and the theses were mostly written in universities in Istanbul. It has been measured that the number of master's theses as the type of thesis is at the highest rate. It has been seen that the titles of thesis supervisors are mostly Assistant Professors. It was determined that the theses were made on psychology with the keywords "Acceptance and Commitment Therapy", "life satisfaction", "psychological inflexibility". As a result of the analyzes, various features of the theses were determined and a profile was created. According to this profile, it is seen that there is an increase in the number of postgraduate theses on psychological flexibility. In this context, it is aimed that the findings obtained will guide people who want to do research on psychological flexibility.
