Türkçe dil bilgisi kitaplarında ve telaffuz sözlüklerinde Türkçede sözcük vurgusunun genellikle son hecede olduğu belirtilmekte, istisnalar için verilen örneklerde kimi zaman tutarsızlıkların olduğu görülmektedir. Bu durum sözlük kullanıcılarının özellikle de Türkçeyi yabancı dil olarak öğrenenlerin çelişki yaşamalarına sebep olmaktadır. Bu araştırmada, Türkçe sözlüklerin vurgu bakımından tutarlılık durumlarının sözcük türlerine göre tespit edilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Betimsel yöntemin kullanıldığı araştırmada “var olan bir durumu var olduğu şekliyle betimlemeyi amaçlayan tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini birden fazla heceli 300 basit, 100 türemiş ve 100 birleşik olmak üzere toplam 500 sözcük oluşturmaktadır. Bu sözcüklerin TDK Türkçe Sözlük (TS), Sesli Türkçe Sözlük (STS) ve Konuşma Dili ve Türkçenin Söyleyiş Sözlüğü’nde (KDTSS) bulunması ve Yazılı Türkçenin Kelime Sıklığı Sözlüğü”nde en sık geçen sözcüklerden olması göz önünde bulundurulmuştur. “KDTSS”de ve TS’de vurgu yerleri belirlenen sözcüklerin sesletimleri, STS’den indirilip kaydedilmiştir. Kaydedilen sesletimler Praat 6.0.12 programıyla temel frekans (F0) bakımından çözümlenerek sözcüklerin vurguları seslem düzeyinde tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar, üç sözlüğün genel vurgu tutarlılık oranının düşük (%45,8) olduğunu göstermiştir. Ayrıca STS’de vurgu bakımından sesletim hatalarının olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.
In Turkish language knowledge books and vocabulary dictionaries, the word emphasis in Turkish is often indicated in the last chapter, and in the examples given for exceptions, it is sometimes seen that there are incompatibilities. This situation causes vocabulary users to experience contradictions, especially those who learn Turkish as a foreign language. This study aims to determine the consistency status of the Turkish dictionaries in terms of emphasis according to the type of word. In the study using the visual method, a scanning model was used to describe a situation in the way it exists. The sample of the study consists of a total of 500 words, including 300 simple, 100 derived and 100 combined. These words are included in the TDK Turkish Dictionary (TS), Voice Turkish Dictionary (STS) and Speech Language and Turkish Speech Dictionary (KDTSS) and the Written Turkish Word Frequency Dictionary (Word Frequency Dictionary). The vocations of the words specified in "KDTSS" and the emphasis places in TS are downloaded and recorded from STS. The recorded calls are resolved in terms of basic frequency (F0) with the Praat 6.0.12 program and the emphasis of the words is identified at the voice level. The results from the study showed that the overall emphasis consistency rate of the three dictionaries was low (45,8%. It also revealed that there were errors in the STS in terms of emphasis.
