Abstract:

In the impact of the level of corporate affiliation of educational managers on the level of entrepreneurship: This research, aimed at determining the role of mediation of managerial qualifications, is a study in the general scan model and the quantitative data-based relative scan model. The philosophy of research positivism is realism, and the paradigm is functional paradigm. The work universe of this research consists of educational managers (α=1529) in the province of Konya who serve as the School Director, Deputy Director and Deputy Director. The study estimated that a sample group consisting of a person would represent the universe by making the necessary calculations at 0.95 confidence and 0.05 error level (n=307+). The educational managers in the sample volume are selected by the method of sampling. The scale of management competence developed by Shahin (2012) as a data collection tool in the study, the scale of management entrepreneurship developed by Köybaşı (2016) and the scale of corporate affiliation developed by Keskin and Pakdemirli (2016) were used. Factor analysis of measurements, Kendall's W compatibility ratings, intraclass correlation ratings are calculated separately. The research finds that in the impact of corporate affiliation levels on entrepreneurship levels, managerial competence has the role of mediation.
