Abstract:

In Turkish, with sound units, form units, word series elements and other elements, the world of thought and imagination of man is expressed in the most beautiful way. With these structures, feelings and thoughts are emphasized, classified and strengthened. The language can be used when it is necessary to speak. Kutadgu Bilig is one of the works of the Karahanlı era and is very important in terms of the history of the Turkish culture and civilization because it is the first example of the direct political style. The aspects to be taken into consideration in the state administration, the qualities to be in the managers, and the virtues that the person must possess in order to be happy in the world and in the future, Yusuf Has Hacip has identified and presented them in a fluent and impressive language to the person's mind and spirit world. This study focuses on the question of how Yusuf Has Hacip, one of the reasons under the fluid and effective style of Kutadgu Bilig, used the reinforcements. The study of Kutadgu Bilig text has found that the text uses sound units, form units, words and word groups for strengthening purposes.
