Farklı gama ışını dozları uygulanmış bazı nohut çeşitlerinin M2 generasyonunda morfo-agronomik özelliklerinin belirlenmesi

Bu çalışma farklı dozlarda (100, 200, 300 Gy) gama ışınlarının dört farklı nohut çeşidinin (Azkan, Aksu, Uzunlu 99 ve Sarı 98) M2 generasyonda kontrol dozuna göre tane verimi ve bazı verim öğeleri üzerinde meydana getirdiği değişimi belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Araştırma tesadüf bloklarında bölünmüş parseller deneme desenine göre 3'er tekerrürlü olarak 2019 yılında yürütülmüştür. Ana parsellere çeşitler alt parsellere ise gama ışını dozları yerleştirilmiştir. Kontrole göre uygulanan tüm gama ışını dozları çiçeklenme süresi (gün) ve baklada tane sayısı (adet bakla-1) hariç çalışmada incelenen diğer özelliklerden bitki boyunu (cm), bitkide bakla sayısını (adet bitki-1), bitkide tane sayısını (adet bitki-1), bitki tane verimini (g bitki-1) ve biyolojik verimi (g bitki-1) istatistiki önemde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma sonuçlarına göre göre kontrolde en yüksek bitki tane verimi Azkan çeşidinde, 100 Gy’de Aksu çeşidinde, 200 ve 300 Gy’de ise Azkan çeşidinden elde edilmiştir. Azkan çeşidinde bitki tane veriminin en fazla olduğu doz 300 Gy, Aksu’da 100 Gy, Uzunlu 99’da 300 Gy ve Sarı 98 çeşidinde ise 100 Gy gama ışını dozundan elde edildiği saptanmıştır. Bu durum gösteriyor ki, Azkan nohut çeşidinde 200 ve 300 gy dozlarında incelenen bitkisel özelliklerin çoğunda varyasyonlar elde edilirken, Aksu çeşidinde istenen varyasyon 100 gy gama ışını dozundan elde edilmiştir.

Abstract:

This study was carried out in different doses (100, 200, 300 Gy) with the aim of determining the one-efficiency and the variation that gamma rays in four different varieties of nuts (Azkan, Axu, Long 99 and Yellow 98) in the M2 generation according to the control dose and on some efficiency elements. The research was carried out in 2019 in three rounds according to the trial pattern of parsels divided into random blocks. The main parsels are varied in the lower parsels and the gamma rays are placed in doses. All gamma radiation doses applied according to the control, except the flowering time (day) and the number of one in the bakla (fruit bakla-1) and other characteristics studied in the study have been found to have a statistical impact on the plant length (cm), the number of one in the plant (fruit bakla-1), the number of one in the plant (fruit bakla-1), the production of one in the plant (fruit bakla-1) and the biological production (fruit bakla-1). According to the results of the study, the highest plant production in control was obtained in the Azkan variety, in 100 Gy in the Aksu variety, and in 200 and 300 Gy in the Azkan variety. In the Azkan variety, the maximum dose of plant one production is 300 Gy, in Aksu 100 Gy, in Long 99 300 Gy and in Yellow 98 varieties 100 Gy gamma radiation is obtained from the dose. This situation shows that many variations of the plant properties studied in doses of 200 and 300 gy in the Azkan nuts are obtained, while the desired variation in the Axu variation is obtained from the doses of 100 gy gamma radiation.

Abstract:

The grain yield per plant and some yield components of plants in M₂ generation obtained by applying different doses of gamma rays (0, 100, 200 and 300 Gy) to four chickpea varieties (Azkan, Aksu, Uzunlu 99 and Sarı 98) were investigated in the study. The design of the experiment was randomized complete block (RCB), arranged as split-plot with four chickpea varieties (main plots) and four (4) different doses gamma rays (subplots) with 3 replicates in 2019 year. In the study, flowering time (day), number of seeds per pod (seed pod-1), plant height (cm), number of pods per plant (pods plant-1), number of seeds per plant (seeds plant-1), grain yield per plant (g plant-1) and biological yield in the plant (g plant-1) were investigated.
