Abstract:

Türkiye’de aşı uygulaması son dönemlerde artma eğiliminde olan bir faaliyet olmaya başlamıştır. Bu durum aşı taşıma problemlerini de gündeme getirmektedir. Aşı taşımada en önemli uygulama soğuk zincir uygulamasıdır. Soğuk zincir, üretim aşamasından başlayıp uygulama aşamasına kadar ürünün düşük sıcaklıkta saklanması olarak tanımlanabilir. Aşı için gerekli olan sıcaklığı korumak için, kullanılan taşıma ekipmanları oldukça fazla öneme sahiptir. Bu kapsamda gerçekleştirilen çalışmada Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemleri kullanılarak en uygun aşı taşıma alternatifi seçilmiştir. Çalışmada ÇKKV yöntemlerinden Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (AHP) ve İdeal Çözüme Benzerlik Bakımından Sıralama Performansı Tekniği (TOPSIS-Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution) yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. AHP yöntemi ile aşı soğuk zincirinde kullanılan ekipmanların seçilme kriterleri ağırlıklandırılmıştır. TOPSIS yöntemi ile de belirlenen alternatifler değerlendirilerek sıralanmıştır. Sonuç olarak en uygun alternatifin aşılar için özel hazırlanmış buzdolabı olduğu belirlenmiştir.

Abstract:

Vaccination application in Turkey has started to be an activity that tends to increase in recent years. This situation also raises the problems of vaccine transport. The most important application in vaccine transport is the cold chain application. Cold chain can be defined as the low temperature storage of the product from the production stage to the application stage. The transport equipment used is of great importance to maintain the temperature required for the vaccine. In this study, the most suitable vaccine transportation alternative was selected by using Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods. In the study, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods were used. The selection criteria of the equipment used in the vaccine cold chain were weighted with the AHP method. The alternatives determined by the TOPSIS method were evaluated and ranked. As a result, it has been determined that the most suitable alternative is a refrigerator specially prepared for vaccines.
