Özet İnsanın zaman içinde oluşturduğu, ürettiği ve nesilden nesile aktardığı her türlü değerler kültürü oluşturmuştur. Ekmek, yetiştirmek gibi sözlük anlamları olan kültür, çeşitli disiplinlere göre çok farklı tanımlansa da, en genel anlamıyla, ait olduğu toplumun yarattığı maddî ve manevi bütün unsurlardır.(Yöre:2012) Aynı zamanda kültür, öğelerin, davranışların, düşünce ve duyguların sembollere dayalı bir örgütlenme şeklidir. Bu her bireyce aynı anlamlara gelen semboller ise kültür kodudur. Bu kodlar eğitim, pazarlama ve iş dünyasında önemli bir yer tutmakla beraber insanın kendi kişiliğini, çevresini, ülkesini ve dünyayı tanımasına kaynaklık eder. Her toplumun kendi kültürü vardır ve kültürün yükselmesi, ilerlemesi ve gelişmesi medeniyetin doğuşunu sağlar. İnsanoğlu gelişme ve ilerleme göstererek hayatta kalma ve varlığını sürdürme savaşındaki başarısını, kültürel bir varlık oluşuna yani öğrendiklerini birikiminde saklayıp yeni nesillere aktarma yeteneğine bağlıdır(Güvenç, 2002). Kültür, milletin geleceğe taşınan yegane imzasıdır. Kültür iki dokudan oluşur. Birinci doku kemik dokudur, ikinci dokusu ise kıkırdak dokudur. Kemik doku asla bozulmamalıdır. Onlar milletlerin yüzyıllar boyunca birikmiş değer yargılarıdır. İkinci doku olan kıkırdak doku ise sürekli güncellenmelidir. Örneğin saygı asla değişmemeli ama saygının nerede nasıl kullanacağı üzerinde çağa yönelik sürekli değişmeler yapılmalıdır. Bunu güncellemediğimiz sürece kültür kaybına, kültür yozlaşmasına uğrarız. Böylesi çalışmalar devlet ve eğitim politikalarının içinde yer almalıdır. Beydaba’nın Kelile ve Dimne’ sindeki fabllarda hayvan sembollerinde karakterize edilen kodlar tespit edilmeye çalışıldı.
Every kind of value that man creates, produces, and translates from generation to generation has created a culture. The culture, which has vocabulary meanings such as bread, cultivation, is defined very differently according to different disciplines, but in the most general sense, it is all the material and spiritual elements created by the society to which it belongs.It is also a form of symbol-based organization of culture, elements, behaviors, thoughts and emotions. The symbols that come to the same meaning for each individual are the cultural code. These codes hold an important place in the world of education, marketing and business, while leaving a person to recognize his own personality, his environment, his country and the world. Each society has its own culture, and the rise, progress and development of the culture ensures the birth of civilization. The human being depends on his success in the struggle for survival and existence by showing development and progress, on the formation of a cultural being, that is, on the capacity to hide in the accumulation of what he learned and transfer to the new generations (Güvenç, 2002). Culture is the only signature of the nation moving to the future. The culture is made up of two texts. The first tissue is the bone tissue, and the second tissue is the cartilage tissue. The bone tissue should never be damaged. They are the judgments of the peoples that have been accumulated for centuries. The second body of the body must be constantly updated. For example, respect should never change, but on how respect should be used, there must be constant changes to the age. As long as we do not update this, we will suffer a cultural loss, a cultural corruption. Such work must be included in the state and education policies. Beydaba's Kelile and Dimne's brain fables were tried to identify codes characterized in animal symbols.
