Türkiye, dünya ülkeleri içerisinde en çok mülteci ve Suriyeli sığınmacı barındıran bir ülkedir. Türkiye’deki Suriyeli sığınmacıların sayılarının her geçen gün büyük bir artış eğilimi gösterdiği görülmektedir. Bu yönüyle Türkiye’deki Suriyeli sığınmacıların, Türkiye’ye sosyo-kültürel ve sosyo-ekonomik açıdan oryantasyonu ile entegrasyonu çok büyük önem taşımaktadır. Suriyeli sığınmacı gerçeği, Türkiye’de toplumun Suriyeli mültecilerle sağlıklı olarak, birlikte yaşama gerçeğini zorunlu kılmaktadır. Zira Suriyeli mültecilerin büyük bir bölümünün artık ülkelerine geri dönmeyebilecekleri yönündeki tutum ve davranışları konuya ilişkin ciddi uyum politikalarının oluşturulmasını gerekli kılmaktadır. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Hükümeti, 2019 Yılını, Türkiye’de göçmen sorunlarıyla ilgilenme ve çözüm üretme yılı olarak ilan etmiştir. Bu durum, mültecilere ilişkin bu ve benzeri çalışmalara duyulan ihtiyacın ne kadar önemli olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı, Erzincan’a yerleştirilen Suriyeli mültecilerin, temel sorunlarını belirleyerek, yaşanan problemleri ile ilgili çözüm önerileri geliştirmek, dolayısıyla da daha iyi hizmet almalarını sağlamaktır. Araştırmanın evrenini Erzincan’da ikamet eden Suriyeli mülteci aileler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu ise toplam 15 aileden tesadüfi yöntemle seçilen 8 aile oluşturmuştur. Bir durum çalışması olan bu araştırma ile öncelikle Erzincan’da yaşayan Suriyeli göçmenlerin problemlerine ilişkin durumlarının nelerle ilgili olduğu tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırma verilerini toplamak amacıyla araştırmacılarca yarı yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu geliştirilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre, Suriyeli mülteci ailelerinden bir kısmının barınma problemlerini yeterli düzeyde çözemedikleri görülmüştür. Diğer yandan araştırma sonuçları ile Suriyeli mülteci aile çocuklarının Türkçe’yi hem sözlü ve hem de yazılı iletişimde istendik düzeyde kullanamadıkları anlaşılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları, Erzincan’da ikamet eden Suriyeli mültecilerin sürekli iş bulma ve istihdam edilme konularında da çok büyük problemler yaşadıklarını ortaya koymaktadır. Araştırma sonuçları doğrultusunda Suriyeli mültecilerin Türkiye’ye sağlıklı uyumlarının temin edilmesi noktasında, işlevsel okuryazarlık ile genel kültür ve çevreyle kaynaşma yönünde eğitim almaları gerektiği önerilmiştir.
Turkey is the country with the highest number of refugees and refugees from Syria. The number of Syrian refugees in Turkey has increased significantly every day. In this regard, the integration of Syrian refugees in Turkey with social-cultural and socio-economic orientation to Turkey is of great importance. The fact of Syrian refugees makes the fact that the society in Turkey lives together with Syrian refugees healthy and compulsory. The attitudes and behaviors of a large proportion of Syrian refugees that they may no longer return to their countries make it necessary to establish a serious coherence policy on the issue. The Government of the Republic of Turkey has declared 2019 as the year of concerning and producing solutions to immigrant issues in Turkey. This situation shows how important the need for this and similar work for refugees is. The aim of the study is to ensure that Syrian refugees settled in Erzincan, by identifying their main problems, develop solutions to their problems, and thus ensure that they get better service. The universe of the study is made up of families of Syrian refugees residing in Erzincan. The study group consisted of eight randomly selected families from a total of 15 families. This study, which is a situation study, first has been attempted to identify what the situation related to the problems of the Syrian migrants living in Erzincan. For the purpose of collecting research data, a semi-configured interview form was developed by researchers. Research finds that some of the Syrian refugee families are unable to solve the housing problems in a sufficient level. On the other hand, the findings of the research have found that the children of the Syrian refugee family cannot use Turkish in both oral and written communication at the desired level. The results of the research show that Syrian refugees residing in Erzincan also have a lot of problems in finding and getting jobs. According to the findings of the research, it was suggested that in the point of ensuring the healthy harmony of Syrian refugees to Turkey, they should be trained in the direction of functional literature and association with the general culture and the environment.
