In this study, the relationship between work-family conflict, family-work conflict and job stress are examined. The aim of the study is to determine the effect of work-related conflict and family-related conflict (work-family conflict and family-work conflict) on the employees’ job stress. For this purpose, the research data are collected through a questionnaire from 302 administrative staff working in Karabuk University. Following the validity and reliability analyses, the research hypotheses are tested by multiple linear regression analysis. As a result of the study, it is determined that strain-based work-family conflict, time-based family-work conflict and strain-based family-work conflict have an increasing effect on job stress.
