The desired results are not always obtained during the healing of the bone cavities created after apical recession. Therefore, regenerative therapies have begun to be applied in apical resection cavities. Trombocytes-rich fibrin (TZF) is a second-generation trombocytes product that allows to obtain a membrane rich in thrombocytes and growth factors by centralizing the individual’s blood. In this series of cases, the clinical and radiographic results of TZF placed in the postoperative area of the apical resection process are presented. Three patients sent from the endodontic clinic with apical resection indication during the surgery were curated and all necrotic and inflammatory tissues in the periapicald were curated. TZF is prepared with the centrifugation of the venous blood taken from the patients to the defect area. According to the clinical and radiographic results of patients in periodic checks, we believe that TZF is effective in the regeneration of the bone marrow vacuum and can be an alternative to conventional surgical therapy for regenerative therapy.
