Allah’a imandan sonra en önemli iman esaslarından birisi hiç şüphesiz âhirete imandır. Âhirete iman ilâhî dinlerin özellikle de İslam’ın temel inanç esaslarındandır. Kur’an’da âhiretten bahseden çok sayıda ayet vardır. Dünya hayatı geçici, âhiret ise sonsuzdur. Cennete gitmek ise inanan her Müslümanın temel hedefidir. Cennetin kazanılması için dünyada iman etmek en önemli şarttır. İmansız cennete gitmek mümkün değildir. Ancak Kur’an’da cennete gitmek için sadece iman etmekten bahsedilmez, sâlih ameller de cennete gitme vesilesi olarak takdim edilir. Buradan sâlih amel olmadan cennete gidilemeyeceği gibi yanlış bir sonuç çıkarmamak gerekir. Bazı şartlar dahilinde salt iman etmekle de kişi cennete gidebilir. Sâlih amel iman için bir zırh mesabesinde olup, kişinin imanını korumasına ve güçlendirmesine yardım ettiği için her zaman imanla birlikte anılır. Cennete giriş kişinin kendi amelleri dikkate alınarak belirlenmekteyse de Yüce Allah’ın izin verdiği meleklerin ve bazı sâlih kulların şefaatleri de geçerli olmaktadır. Cennet mükâfat yeridir. Cennet nimetleri dünyadaki nimetlerin kat kat fazlasıdır. Cennet ve nimetleri sonsuzdur. Cennette verilenler asla dünyada yapılanların matematiksel karşılığı değildir. Orada Yüce Allah’ın sonsuz rahmeti devreye girer ve cennetlikler ebedî bir hayatta asla dünyadaki amelleriyle karşılığını ödeyemeyecekleri lütuflara mazhar olurlar. Cennetin kapısından girildiğinde cennetliklere, gönülden her türlü süflî duyguyu silmek üzere Kevser havuzundan içirilir. İkram edilen suyla başlayan cennet nimetlerinin en üstünü ise yüce Allah’ın zatını temaşa etmektir.
One of the most important principles of faith after believing in Allah is surely the faith in the Hereafter. The faith in the Hereafter is the basis of the divine religions, especially Islam. There are many verses in the Qur’an that speak of the past. The life of the world is temporary and the life of the world is eternal. Going to heaven is the main goal of every Muslim. It is the most important requirement to believe in the world for the winning of heaven. It is impossible to go to heaven without faith. But in the Qur’an it is not only said to go to heaven to believe, and the good works are presented as an opportunity to go to heaven. It is not necessary to get a wrong result from here that you cannot go to heaven without a fair act. In some circumstances, one can go to heaven by faith alone. It is always mentioned with faith because it is a weapon for faith, and it helps the person to protect and strengthen his faith. If the entrance to the Paradise is determined by taking into account his own works, the shapes of the angels permitted by the Most High God and some of the worthy servants are also valid. Heaven is a reward place. The blessings of heaven are more than the blessings of the world. Heaven and His blessings are eternal. What is given in heaven is never the mathematical reward of what is done in the world. There the eternal mercy of the Almighty God comes into action, and the heavens are worshipped in eternal life to the graces which they will never be able to reward by their actions in the world. When he enters the door of heaven, he is drunk from the swimming pool to remove all kinds of suspicious feelings from the heavens. The highest of the heavens that begins with water is the grace of the Lord, the greatest of God.
One of the most important essentials of faith is doubtlessly believing in the hereafter after believing in Allah. Belief in the Hereafter is one of the fundamental beliefs of divine religions, especially in Islam. There are many verses in the Qur'an that mention about the hereafter. The life of the world is temporary and the Hereafter is eternal. Going to heaven is the main goal of every Muslim who believes. Belief in the world is the most important condition for the attainment of Paradise. It is not possible to go to heaven without faith. However, in the Qur’an, it is not only mentioned to believe in going to heaven, but good deeds are also presented as an occasion to go to heaven. It should not be wrong to conclude from here that one cannot go to heaven without righteous deeds. Under certain circumstances, one can go to heaven by pure faith. Goodness is armor for faith and is always remembered with faith because it helps one to maintain and strengthen faith. Although the entry into heaven is determined by one’s own deeds, the intercession of angels and some righteous servants permitted by Almighty Allah is also valid. The heaven is rewarding place. The heaven blessings are multiple times more than the blessings in the world. The heaven and its blessings are infinite and endless. What is given in heaven is never the mathematical equivalent of what is done in the world. Therein, the infinite mercy of Almighty God comes into play, and in the eternal life, the people who goes to heaven are granted grace that they cannot repay with their deeds in the world. When you enter through the gates of paradise, the top of the heaven blessings that start with the water offered from Kevser pool to erase all sorts of sensual feelings from the heart is to touch the essence of Almighty Allah.
