So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Leasing, özellikle Küçük ve Orta Ölçekli İşletmeler için alternatif bir finansman ve yatırım yöntemlerinden birisidir. Finansal Kiralama genel olarak yatırım malı mülkiyetinin finansal kiralama şirketinde kalarak, belirli kira karşılığında kullanım hakkının ve risklerin kiracıya verilmesi ve süre sonunda sözleşmede belirlenen sembolik bir bedel üzerinden mülkiyetin kiracıya devredilmesidir. Bu çalışmada Avrupa Birliği bölgesel kalkınma projelerinde Düzey II bölgesinde yer alan Erzurum, Erzincan ve Bayburt illerindeki KOBİ’lerde finansal kiralama yönteminden yararlanma düzeyi ve uygulamada karşılaşılan sorunlar ele alınarak, çözüm önerileri getirilmeye çalışılmıştır.
