Abstract:

The aim of this study is to reveal the working conditions and administrative problems of the forest management chefs, both managers and technical elements of the forest management departments, where many activities of the General Directorate of the Forest are carried out and the focus is on. The quality data of the research was collected using the focus group conversation technique and the data collected was studied through the content analysis method. As a result of semi-structured discussions and focus group discussions conducted in the study, the workload of the forest business managers and the problems within the direct and indirect relevant management, staff, property rights and training issues were identified and opinions and solutions for these issues were developed. The forest management management needs new regulations to be made to reduce the work burden. In order to avoid failures in the execution and tracking of the work, the problem of staff deficiency in the forest management departments should be solved. The arrangement of the working hours of the forest management officers will be appropriate, except for the working hours, by the end of the week and in other official holidays, to the work department based on the vigilance of all employees in the forest management department and to the wardy system containing assistance. It is necessary to establish a permanent arrangement of the organizationization of service and continuous education, programming and implementation through collaboration with academic and research environments.
