Abstract:

Amaç: Süt üre nitrojeninin süt komposizyonuna olan etkisini araştırmaktır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Siyah alaca inekler süt üre nitrojen değerlerine göre (1. Grup: x<22.73 mg/dL; 2. Grup: x>22.73 mg/dL) grup başına 36 hayvan olacak şekilde 2 gruba ayrıldı. Bulgular: Süt üre nitrojenin ele alınan ölçütlerden, yağsız kuru madde, yoğunluk ile üreye olan etkisinin istatistikî olarak önemli (p<0.05) olduğu tespit edildi. Süt üre nitrojen ile yağsız kuru madde (r=0.140, p<0.045) ve yoğunluk (r=0.186, p<0.007) arasında önemli ilişki saptandı. Öneri: Bu araştırmada elde edilen veriler, süt üre nitrojeninin süt komposizyonu üzerine etkilerini ortaya koyması ve ileride yapılacak araştırmaları kaynak teşkil etmesi bakımından önemlidir.

Abstract:

The purpose is to explore the effect of milk nitrogen on the milk composition. Method and Method: Black cows milk according to the urine nitrogen values (1. Group: x<22.73 mg/dL; 2. The group: x>22.73 mg/dL) was divided into 2 groups, with 36 animals per group. The findings: The measurements of milk urine nitrogen were found to be statistically significant (p<0.05) of the fat-free dry substance, the intensity and effect on the urine. There was a significant relationship between milk urine nitrogen and non-fat dry substance (r=0.140, p<0.045) and density (r=0.186, p<0.007). Recommendation: The data obtained in this study is important for the exposure of the effects of milk uric nitrogen on milk composition and for the source of future research.
