Abstract:

Takım tezgahlarının tasarımındaki en önemli hususlardan biri, yeterli kesme kuvveti ve tezgah uzuvlarının gerekli hareketlerinin oluşumunu sağlayan elektrik motorlarının seçimidir. Bu seçimin doğru yapılması, istenilen boyutsal hassasiyette ve yüzey kalitesinde iş parçası üretilmesini sağlayan en önemli etkendir. Bu çalışmada, günümüzde talaşlı imalatta kullanılmakta olan konvensiyonel ve nümerik kontrollü takım tezgahlarında tezgah ana mili tahriki için güç, iş parçasının veya kesici takımın gerekli konumlandırılması için tezgah uzuv hareketlerini sağlayan sürüm sistemlerine, verim-performans ve kontrol teknikleri bakımından elektrik motoru seçiminin nasıl yapılacağı araştırılmıştır.
