Kaygı, bireyin günlük yaşantısında sergileyeceği davranışlar üzerinde negatif etkilere yol açan olumsuzluklara verilen genel isimdir. Kaygı seviyesi yüksek bireylerin huzursuzluk yaşaması, iletişimlerinde aksamaların ortaya çıkması gibi hususlar söz konusu olabilmektedir. Var olan çeşitli kaygı türleri arasında mesleki kaygı da önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Mesleki kaygı, bireyin mesleği dolayısıyla sahip olduğu kaygıları anlatmaktadır. Bu çalışma öğretmen adayı olan İslami İlimler Fakültesi Öğrencilerinin mesleki kaygılarını ölçmek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada Aksaray Üniversitesi İslami İlimler Fakültesi’nde öğrenim gören 302 katılımcı üzerinde, yüz yüze anket uygulaması gerçekleştirilerek veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler, kadın katılımcıların erkek katılımcılara göre mesleki kaygılarının daha fazla olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Aynı zamanda mesleki kaygı alt faktörlerinden “mesleki yeterlik kaygısı” ile “öğrenci kaygısı” ve “meslektaş kaygısı” ile “öğrenci kaygısı” arasında yüksek düzeyde ilişki olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
Anxiety is the general name given to negative effects on the behavior that a person will show in his daily life. A high level of anxiety individuals may experience anxiety, such as the appearance of interruptions in their communications. Among the various types of anxiety that exist, professional anxiety also holds an important place. Career anxiety describes the concerns that the individual has due to the profession. This study was carried out with the aim of measuring the professional concerns of the students of the Islamic Faculty, who are the teacher candidates. In the study, 302 participants who studied at the Faculty of Islamic Sciences of Aksaray University, face-to-face survey application of the data was collected. The data obtained in the study reveal that female participants have more professional concerns than male participants. It is also concluded that there is a high level of relationship between the sub-factors of professional anxiety "professional qualification anxiety" and "student anxiety" and "college anxiety" and "student anxiety".
Anxiety is a general term used for negativities which affect daily life behaviors of the individual negatively. Individuals with higher anxiety levels may feel uncomfortable and have interruptions in communication. Among various types of anxiety, occupational anxiety has an important place. Occupational anxiety denotes anxieties felt by the individual due to her/his occupation. This study was implemented for the purpose of measuring the occupational anxiety levels of students receiving education in the Faculty of Islamic Sciences, who are considered preservice teachers. In the study, data were collected by applying face-to-face questionnaires to 302 participants receiving education in Aksaray University Faculty of Islamic Sciences. The data acquired in the study reveal that female participants have higher occupational anxiety levels, compared to male participants. Also, there is a high-level correlation between “occupational competence anxiety” and “student anxiety”; “colleague anxiety” and “student anxiety”, which are among the sub-factors of occupational anxiety.
