Bu çalışmada Rusya Federasyonu’na bağlı özerk bir bölge olan Tataristan Cumhuriyeti sınırları içinde yaşayan akademisyen Leila Mingazova tarafından kaleme alınan Yirminci Yüzyıl Tatar Çocuk Edebiyatının Özellikleri ve Gelişim Aşamaları adlı eser konu edilmektedir. Türkiye’de son dönemde büyük gelişme gösteren çocuk edebiyatı, anne babaların bilinçlenmesi, çocuk kitabı basan yayınevlerinin çoğalması ve çocuk edebiyatına ilginin artması sonucunda üzerinde dikkatle durulan alanlardan biri olmuştur. Kendisine sağlam temeller arayan çocuk edebiyatı, Türkiye dışındaki Türk edebiyatına yönelmede eksiklikler yaşamaktadır. Zengin bir birikime sahip olan Türkiye dışındaki Türk edebiyatları, özellikle Eski Sovyet coğrafyasında kendine ait mirası günümüze taşımaktadır. Bu zengin birikimin Türkiye’de tanınması, Türk çocuk edebiyatında özellikle kaynağa yönelme anlamında bir kazanç sağlayacak ve toplumların birbirini tanımalarını sağlayacaktır. Anılan doğrultuda, bu çalışmada Kazan Volga Federal Üniversitesinde çalışan, çocuk edebiyatı alanında gerçekleştirdiği nitelikli çalışmalarıyla bilinen Prof. Dr. Leila Mingazova’dan ve onun eserlerinden bahsedilerek yazarın “20. Yüzyıl Tatar Edebiyatının Özellikleri ve Gelişim Aşamaları” isimli çalışması tanıtılacak ve bu eserin giriş kısmındaki makale Türkiye Türkçesine aktarılacaktır.
This study is on the subject of the work “The Characteristics and Stages of Development of the 20th Century Tatar Children’s Literature” by the academic Leila Mingazova, who lives within the borders of the Republic of Tatar, an autonomous region connected to the Russian Federation. In Turkey, child literature has been one of the areas that has been focused on the result of great development in recent periods, the awareness of parents, the multiplication of publishers that print children's books and the increase of interest in child literature. Children’s literature, which is looking for a solid foundation, has a lack of orientation to Turkish literature outside of Turkey. The Turkish literature outside of Turkey, which has a rich accumulation of knowledge, is carrying its own heritage to the present day, especially in the ancient Soviet geography. The recognition of this rich accumulation in Turkey will provide a profit in the Turkish children's literature in particular in the sense of reference to the source and will allow communities to recognize each other. According to the report, in this study, the writer is referred to by Prof. Dr. Leila Mingazova, who works at the Kazan Volga Federal University, known for his qualified work in the field of children's literature, and his works. It will be presented the work entitled "The Characteristics and Stages of Development of the Century Tatar Literature" and the article in the entry section of this work will be transmitted to Turkish.
This study focuses on the Features and Development Stages of the 20th Century Tatar Children's Literature written by academician Leila Mingazova who lives in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, an autonomous region of the Russian Federation. Showing great improvements in children's literature in Turkey in recent years, the awareness of parents, the proliferation of publishers of children's books and the press has been one of the areas studied carefully on the result of increasing interest in children's literature. While seeking for a solid basis for itself, Turkish literature is facing a luck of information in the area of Turskish literture outside of Turkey. Having a rich accumulation of Turkish literature outside Turkey, especially today carries its own legacy in the former Soviet region. This storehouse of wealth in Turkey will enable the recognition of a gain in terms of orientation to the Turkish sources, especially children's literature and society will get to know each other. In this direction, Dr. Leila Mingazova who works at the Federal University of Kazan Volga, known for her qualified work in the field of children's literature, her works: “20. Features of the century Tatar Literature and Developmental Stages "is working will be introduced and the article in the introduction of this work will be transferred to conntemporary Turkish.
