Biodiesel is a liquid-formed fuel that occurs as a result of a transesterification reaction with short-chain alcohols (such as methyl alcohol) accompanied by the catalyst of animal and plant fats. In this study, the production of biodiesel (Methyl esters of fatty acid) was carried out using eggs oil. With the classic heating methods of the kitosan biopolymerin -NH2 group for biodiesel production, heterogeneous catalysts were designed to provide the modification of amino acids in different structures. The designed catalysts and biodiesel production were carried out in two different ways. Biodiesel production was initially implemented by traditional methods. The production of microwave-backed biodiesel was subsequently carried out. For the quality control of the produced biodiesel fuels; % performance test, viscosity determination, brightness point determination, UV-VIS analysis, pH determination and intensity analysis were performed. The effects of the designed catalysts on biodiesel production were shown in diagrams and the results were compared according to the fuel standard TS EN 14214. The fuel properties of the produced biodiesel samples were improved.
