Özet:

Purpose: The aim of this study is to clinically and radiographically retrospective assessment of the immediate load treatment protocol (All-on-4) performed with the support of full-dental maxilla and 4 implants in the mandibula. Tools and Methods: Clinical and radiological information of 24 patients treated with the All-on-4 concept between May 2013 and May 2014 was removed and studied from the archive in the 12th month of pre-operative and post-operative. All patients are charged with a temporary hot acrylic prothesis on the day of surgery or 1 day after, permanent prothesis begins to be done from the 3rd month. In the end of the 12th month, the success of the implant, the success of the prothesis and the marginal bone loss between angular and flat implants were assessed. Results: 16 of the 24 patients involved in the study are men and 8 are women. The All-on-4 procedure applies 15 of the scars that are total toothless, and 15 are in the terminal dentation stage. A total of 120 implants have been administered. At the end of the twelve-month inspection, 98.3 percent implant success and 100 percent prothesis success were observed. The average marginal bone loss in control radiographs was 0.79 ± 0.22 mm. No statistical difference has been found between marginal bone loss in stainless and flat implants(p>0.05) Result: The All-on-4 concept is a successful and secure treatment method that can be used in extreme atrophic spots. The existing work is fully consistent with literature in terms of implant success, prothesis success and marginal bone loss. Materials and Methods: Pre-operative and post-operative. Month follow-up data of 24 patients who were treated between May 2013 and May 2014 with All-on-4 immediate loading protocol was retrieved from the archives and evaluated. All patients were loaded with immediate acrylic dentures on the operation day or 1 day after the operation. Permanent dentures were delivered 3 months after the operation. The parameters of implant success and prosthesis success were assessed and marginal bone loss around dental implants was measured with an image analysis program on 12th. Month follow-up panoramic radiography. Results: Sixteen of 24 patients were male and 8 of them were female.  Fifteen of the jaws of all patients were edentulous and 15 of them were in terminal dentition. A total of 120 dental implants were implanted. An implant success of 98.3% and a prosthetic success of 100% were achieved at 12th. The postoperative control.
