Aydın Ekolojisinde Yetiştirilen Bazı Erik Çeşitlerinde Çiçek Tozu Kalite ve Kantitesinin Belirlenmesi

Aydın, erik üretiminde Can erikleri ve Japon erikleri çeşitleri ile ilk sıralarda yer almakta, ancak ilde verim düşüklükleri ile karşılaşılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Aydın ekolojisinde yetiştiriciliği yapılan Can erikleri grubundan Papaz ve tozlayıcısı Aynalı ile Japon erikleri grubundan Friar ve tozlayıcısı Black Diamond çeşitlerinde çiçek tozu canlılığı, miktarı, çiçek tozu çimlenme düzeyleri ve çim borusu uzunluklarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çimlendirme ortamları olarak, %1 agarla katılaştırılan %0, %5, %10, %15 ve %20’lik sakkaroz ortamları ile %15 sakkaroz + %1 agar içeren 25, 50 ve 100 ppm borik asit (H3BO3) ortamları eklenmiştir. Araştırmada, en yüksek canlılık oranı %90.68 ile Friar çeşidinde saptanmıştır. Papaz çeşidi, %15 ve %20 sakkaroz ortamlarında sırasıyla %34.15 ve %31.63 çimlenme göstermiştir. Bir çiçekteki ortalama anter sayısında en yüksek değeri (37.60) Black Diamond çeşidi, bir anterdeki çiçek tozu sayısında en yüksek değeri (284.21 adet) Papaz çeşidi vermiştir. Bir çiçekteki çiçek tozu sayısı ise 4365 (Aynalı) ile 7447.50 (Black Diamond) arasında değişmiştir. En uzun çim borusu (3347µm), Black Diamond çeşidinde %10 sakkaroz ortamında ölçülmüştür. Borik asit uygulama dozlarının çim borusu uzunluğu üzerine belirgin etkisi görülmemiştir. Black Diamond ve Friar çeşitleri daha uzun çim borusu sağlamışlardır.

The study found that the highest vitality rate was 90.68% in Friar species. Priest species are in 15% and 20% saccrosis environments, respectively 34.15% and 31%. It has 63 plants. The highest value (37.60) in the average number of antars in a flower is the Black Diamond variety, the highest value (284.21 pieces) in the number of flowers powder in a flower variety is the Priest variety. The number of flower powder in a flower varies between 4365 (Aignal) and 7447.50 (Black Diamond). The longest grass pipe (3347μm) is measured in a 10% sackarous environment in the Black Diamond variety. No noticeable effect on the length of the grass tube has been observed by the boric acid application doses. Black Diamond and Friar varieties have provided longer grass pipes.

Determination Of Pollen Quality and Quantity In Some Plum Varieties Grown In Aydin Ecology

Abstract:

Aydın is in the first rank in plum production with Can and Japanese plum cultivars. However, low yields are also observed. In this research, it was aimed to determine the pollen viability, amount, germination rate, and pollen tube length of Papaz cultivar and its pollinator Aynalı cultivar from Can plum group, and Friar cultivar and its pollinator Black Diamond cultivar of Japanese plum group cultivated in Aydın ecology. As germination media, 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% sucrose media solidified with 1% agar and 25, 50 and 100 ppm boric acid (H3BO3) media containing 15% sucrose + 1% agar were added. In the present study the highest pollen viability rate was 90.68% in Friar cultivar. Papaz cultivar showed 34.15% and 31.63% germination rate at 15% and 20% sucrose concentrations, respectively. The highest number of anthers per flower was found in Black Diamond cultivar. The highest number of pollen grains per anther (284.21) was found in Papaz cultivar. The number of pollen grains per flower was changed between 4365 (Aynalı) and 7447.50 (Black Diamond). The longest pollen tube length was obtained in 10% sucrose concentration with 3347 µm in Black Diamond cultivar. Although the boric acid application doses had no significant effect on pollen tube length, longer pollen tube length was obtained in Black Diamond and Friar cultivars.
