Bu olgunun materyalini beslenme sonrası regürgitasyon, solunum güçlüğü ve öksürük şikayetleri bulunan 11 yaşlı dişi Boxer ırkı bir köpek oluşturdu. Hastanın hematolojik ve serum biyokimyasal analizlerinde herhangi bir anormallik yoktu. İndirekt radyografide, özefagusun kranial hiatus özefagus bölgesinde dorsal ve ventrale doğru dilate olduğu belirlendi. Medikal tedavi olarak laktatlı ringer ve %5 dextroz solüsyonları,1 mg/kg 2x1 dozda Metpamid, 2 mg/kg 2x1 dozda Ranitab, 10 cc 4x1 Gaviscon kullanıldı. Bu olgu ile bir köpekte özefagal divertikülün değerlendirilmesi amaçlandı.
The material of this phenomenon was formed by a 11-year-old female Boxer race dog with post-food regurgitation, breathing difficulties and coughing complaints. There were no anomalies in the patient's hematological and serum biochemical analysis. In direct radiography it was determined that the ozephasis was dilated to the right dorsal and ventrale in the region of the kranial hiatus ozephasis. As a medical treatment, laktate ringer and 5% dextrous solutions were used, 1 mg/kg 2x1 doses of Metpamid, 2 mg/kg 2x1 doses of Ranitab, 10 cc 4x1 Gaviscon. This is the purpose of evaluating the diversity of an individual dog.
