Abstract:

Günümüz toplumu örgütler toplumu olarak ifade edilmektedir. Örgütler bireylerin daha rahat ve işlevsel bir yaşam sürdürmesi için gerekli kurumlardır. Teknoloji ve küreselleşme örgütlerin farklı açılardan ele alınmalarını gerektirmektedir. İnsan ve toplum ilişkisi örgütler aracılığıyla daha farklı boyutlarda gelişim göstermektedir. Dolayısı ile örgüt yapısı, örgüt unsurları ve örgüt üyelerinin özellikleri örgüt misyonun gerçekleştirilmesi açısından büyük öneme sahiptir. Bu kapsamda belirlenen amaçlara ulaşma düzeyi yönetsel etkinlik olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Yönetsel etkinliğin ilişkili olduğu konular örgüt üyelerinin birinci derecede etkileşimde bulunduğu alanlardır. Bu çalışmanın amacı kamusal örgütlerde yönetsel etkinlikle bağlantılı kavram ve uygulamaları ortaya koyarak bu olgulara yönelik çalışan algısını belirlemektir. Bu kapsamda yönetsel etkinlikle ilişkili iş bağlılığı, örgütsel etkinlik, yönetişim uygulamaları ve ilişkili performans boyutlarının demografik değişkenlerle ilişkisi analiz edilmiştir.

Today’s society is expressed as the society of organizations. Organizations are the institutions that are essential for individuals to live a more comfortable and functional life. Technology and globalization requires organizations to be dealt with from different perspectives. The relationship between human and society develops in different dimensions through organizations. Therefore, the organizational structure, the organizational elements and the characteristics of the members of the organization are of great importance for the accomplishment of the mission. The level of achieving the objectives determined in this context is evaluated as managerial efficiency. Themes related to managerial activities are the areas where the members of the organization interact in the first degree. The aim of this study is to determine the perceptions of employees about the concepts and practices related to managerial activity in public organizations. In this context, the relationship of business commitment, organizational effectiveness, governance practices and related performance dimensions related to managerial effectiveness with demographic variables were analyzed.
