This study is an article that discusses how individual and organizational factors, as well as leadership styles, affect employees' work engagement, and which outcomes lead to both individual and organizational outcomes of employees who are engaged to their work. For this purpose, firstly, the factors affecting work engagement were tried to be determined by scanning the domestic and foreign literature, and the factors affecting work engagement were examined under the categories of individual, organizational and leadership styles. Then, the results of work engagement for organizations and individuals are examined. Thus, the concept of work engagement has been handled in a broader scope and it has been revealed that the concept leads to many positive work outcomes.
