Abstract:

Özet: Kur’ân’a göre aile, insanların kurduğu ilk sosyal kurum olup, ilk örneği Hz. Âdem, Hz. Havva ve çocuklarından teşekkül etmiştir. İslâm bu kurumun en mühim iki unsurundan biri olan kadına yerine göre anne, eş, kız olması hasebiyle büyük değer atfetmiş, onu toplumun önemli bir ferdi olarak addetmiştir. Erkek-kadın arasında haklar ve vecibeler bakımından farklılıklar olması eşitlik prensibinin erkek lehine bozulduğu anlamına gelmemektedir. Kadın bazı hususlarda az hakka sahip olmakla birlikte önemli bir takım mükellefiyetlerden de muaf tutulmuştur. Anahtar kelimeler: Kur’ân, hak, vecibe, erkek, kadın.   Issues Regarding the Misapprehension of the Inequality of Men and Women and the Comments on the Related Verses Abstract: According to The Quran, family is the first social institution of the mankind and it is assumed that the first example of it is formed by Adam, Eve and their children. Islam gives great importance to woman; one of the most two important factors of this institution, due to her status to be a mother, wife and daughter, and always regards her as a crucial person of the society. The existence of the differences between men and women in terms of the rights and commitments does not mean that it results with the deterioration of the equality principle in favor of men. While the woman has a less claim in some points, she is exempted of an important set of responsibilities. Key words:  Quran, rights, care, man, woman.
