Bölgeler arası dengesizliklerin azaltılmasında bir araç olarak kullanılan Organize Sanayi Bölgelerinde faaliyet gösteren firmaların, Bartın Merkez I. Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde (OSB) sahip olacağı avantaj ve dezavantajlarını belirlemek amacı ile SWOT analizi yapılmıştır. SWOT faktörleri (Güçlü Yönler, Zayıf Yönler, Fırsatlar ve Tehditler) fabrika yeri seçiminde önem arz eden sürdürülebilir bir üretim yapısına sahip olma ve rekabetçi avantajların varlığı kriterleri göz önünde bulundurularak ele alınmıştır. Yapılan çalışmada; Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nin Türkiye’de ve Dünyadaki durumu hakkında bilgiler verilmiş, Bartın Merkez I OSB’nin üstünlükleri ve zayıflıklarının yanı sıra tehditleri ve fırsatları SWOT analizi aracılığıyla ortaya konulmuştur.
SWOT analysis has been conducted in order to determine the advantages and disadvantages of companies operating in the Organized Industrial Areas, which are used as a tool in the reduction of interregional imbalances, which will be available in the Organized Industrial Areas (OSB) in the Central Bar. SWOT factors (Strong Guidelines, Weak Guidelines, Opportunities and Threats) have been addressed taking into account the criteria for having a sustainable production structure that is important in the choice of factory location and the presence of competitive advantages. In the study; information on the situation of the Organized Industrial Region in Turkey and in the world was given, the advantages and weaknesses of the Bartın Center I OSB as well as threats and opportunities were revealed through SWOT analysis.
