Wittgenstein’s special language discussion in part of the Philosophical Surveys, the second-period structure, has an important place in his general theory. The philosophy’s problem of the ethnicity and the importance of the language in terms of this problem has always been a central position. In this context, what is discussed on the problem of the particular language and the subject matter is, in fact, the forms of thought in which the person moves from himself and creates everything else. The position of the Cartezyen approach, in which these types of thoughts are most clearly organized, can also be discussed in this context. Wittgenstein used the particular language discussion at this point to calculate the Carthage tradition and similar forms of thought that came before him. In this article we will also try to show the approaches that make Descartes' cogito problematic in the context of Witgenstein's idea of the impossibility of the particular language.
