Abstract:

The aim of this study is to determine the status of the schools with the level of intellectual capital with the teachers' opinions. The method of research is a mixed method, and quantitative and qualitative data are collected together and analyzed separately by comparing and interpreting the findings obtained. The participants of the study in the 2016-2017 academic year formed a 20 teachers working group identified with excessive / contrary sample of 20 teachers and purposes of sampling methods from teachers who work in the middle schools located in the central district of Sivas. The data was collected by a semi-configured form of conversation with the intellectual capital scale for educational institutions. The data contained in the Nicel size is resolved by average and standard deviation. The size of the content is analyzed by content analysis. According to the findings obtained, the teacher’s views in the size of human capital are at the level of ‘I agree’ but the new ideas in this size are included in the application, willingness to take responsibility, effective communication, strong level of commitment to the school and professional skills. Teachers' points regarding the structural capital agree on the level and in the planning-decision topic has gained intensity in the category of joint participation. The level of teachers relating to the relative capital is in accordance. Teachers' relative capital-owned school-wife relationships have included categories of wife contribution and wife satisfaction.
