"Educational Administration", which is included in the subject of many studies in the field of education, is the main theme in many studies and "school managers"is the most basic element of this administration. Usually in quantitative or qualitative studies, research is carried out by taking the views of school managers in studies entitled with thekeyword " School Managers' Opinions" on any topic. In our country, in literature studies under the heading of "School Manager", it is almost never encountered in different types of book studies, except for the research-review type. In this study, Celâl Âl-i Ahmed, one of the authors of modern Iranian storytelling, who lived between 1923-1969 and wrote in 1959 the book entitled"School Manager"consisting of nineteen chapters stands out in the realist criticism of the school principals' qualifications and school functioning. As a result of this study, it will be discussed and explained how the elements of the management process, which represent the important stages of education, can be explained to researchers with the story method, which is a different writing technique. Thus, it will be revealed that the elements of the management process can be taught with a unique technique and universal values.
