Abstract:

The aim of this research is to identify the technical leadership characteristics of service managers. In the research has been used an interconnective scan model from quantum research models. The universe of research is formed by service managers working in the Marmara Region. The sample group of the research is made up of service managers working in a state public institution in the Marmara region. The study used the "Technology Leadership Skill of Education Managers". The data obtained in the study have been explained by factor analysis, identifiable statistical analyses, t-tests and ANOVA statistical analyses.The majority of the service managers involved in the study finds that they have received service training related to technology. Service managers see themselves as visionary leaders. Service managers indicate that they do the necessary work to ensure the continuous development of the school in the field of technology. In the scale of technological leadership, the visionary leadership, the digital age learning culture, the excellence in professional development, the systematic development and the digital citizenship factors and the gender of service managers, the status of receiving or receiving service education, the professional status, the fields (being a class teacher and a branch teacher) appear to have no significant difference.
