Abstract:

The principle of respect for the person’s autonomy and the right to determine his own fate, the process of “Lighted Appointment” which is increasingly important today, is an essential element of the doctor-patient relationship. In medical sense, "He" means the consent received from a person in relation to the recommended medical initiative. The main thing in the illuminated confirmation is that the person to approve understands and understands as far as necessary the doctor’s explanations concerning the disease or the procedure to be done, based on this information, makes a decision reasonably and voluntarily. In the framework of the patient rights, we advise with the awareness that the obtaining of lighting and approval, which begins to settle in the new development and practice, is a prerequisite if there is no patient-doctoral relationship other than a legal obligation; the knowledge, attitude and skills related to this practice must be provided to our students in the pre-graduate or postgraduate education programmes.
