İnsanoğlunun zihninde kadim zamandan beri Tanrı ile ilgili birtakım sorular vardır. Bu soruların başında “kendisinin Tanrı’yı bilip bilemeyeceği, bilebilirse bu bilgi Tanrı’nın varlığı, mahiyeti ve sıfatlarından hangilerini kapsıyor” gelmektedir. İnsan bu alanda kesin bilgiye ulaşabilir mi, yoksa sadece en muhtemel görüşle mi yetinmek zorundadır? Tanrı’nın bilgisine hangi yolla ulaşılabilir? Keşf ile nazar ve istidlal bu yollar arasında sayılabilir. Kimilerine göre Tanrı’nın mahiyeti bilinemez, fakat varlığı ve sıfatları bilinebilir. Bununla birlikte kimi akli yolun yetersizliğine vurgu yapıp keşfi ön plana çıkarırken kimi keşfin insanı yanlışlığa sürükleyebileceğini, dolayısıyla onun akıl ile kontrol edilmesi gerektiğini savunur. İşte bu anlamda Tanrı âlem ilişkisi, Tanrı’nın âlemi ihtiva mı ettiği yoksa âlemden ayrı bir boyutu mu olduğu problemi en önemli sorulardandır. Düşünce tarihi incelendiğinde sonsuz varlık olan Tanrı ile sonlu varlık(lar) arasında nasıl bir ilişki olduğu probleminin birçok filozof tarafından değişik felsefî sistemlerle açıklamaya çalışıldığını görmekteyiz. Bu sistemlerden biri de varlığın özdeşliği ilkesi üzerine kurulu olan panteizmdir. Aynı şekilde İslam düşüncesinde varlığın birliği temeli üzerine oturtulan “Vahdet-i Vücûd” doktrini de Allah-âlem ilişkisine getirilen önemli açılımlardan biridir. Bu iki doktrinin aynı öğretiyi dile getirip getirmediği Osmanlı son dönemlerinden itibaren gerek din felsefesi bağlamında gerekse tasavvuf bağlamında da tartışılmıştır. Osmanlı son dönem düşünürlerimizden müellifimiz Ferit Kam da bu bağlamda “Vahdet-i Vücûd” ismiyle bir eser vermiş olup bu çalışmasında bu iki anlayışı incelemektedir. Çalışmamızda asıl konu Ferit Kam’ın “Vahdet-i Vücûd” anlayışı olup bu bağlamda düşünürümüz de asıl mevzuya girmezden önce Panteizm hakkında bilgi vermektedir. İşte bundan dolayı biz de genel anlamda panteizm ve “Vahdet-i Vücûd” hakkında genel bir inceleme yapacağız ve daha sonra asıl konumuz olan Ferit Kam’ın “Vahdet-i Vücûd” ile ilgili görüşlerini incelemeye çalışacağız.
There have been a number of questions in the minds of man since ancient times about God. In the beginning of these questions, it comes “whether he himself knows God or not, if he can know what this information covers the existence, nature and qualities of God.” Can man get accurate information in this field, or should he only satisfy the most likely opinion? Which way can we reach the knowledge of God? Discovery and Nazar and Istidlal can be counted between these paths. Some believe that God’s virtue is unknown, but the existence and qualities can be known. However, some emphasize the insufficiency of the mind path and put the discovery in the forefront while some argue that the discovery can drive the person to the wrong, and therefore it should be controlled by the mind. In this sense, the question of the relationship between God and the universe is whether God contains the universe or whether it is a distinctive dimension from the universe. When we study the history of thought, we see how the problem of the relationship between the infinite being and the ultimate being(s) is tried to be explained by many philosophers through different philosophical systems. One of these systems is panteism, which is based on the principle of identity of existence. Likewise, the doctrine of "Vahdet-i Vücûd", which is based on the basis of the unity of existence in Islam, is one of the important openings brought to the relationship between Allah and the world. These two doctrines have been discussed in the context of religious philosophy and in the context of tasavvuf since the last Ottoman period, where the same doctrine has been expressed or not. The latter of our Ottoman thinkers, Mulif Ferit Kam, also gave a work in this context called "Vahdet-i Vücûd" and in this work he examines these two concepts. The main topic in our study is the understanding of Ferit Kam's "Vahdet-i Vücûd" and in this context our thinker also gives information about Panteism before entering the original position. That’s why we will also make a general review of panteism and “Vahdet-i Vücûd” in general, and then try to examine the views of Ferit Kam on “Vahdet-i Vücûd”, which is our main topic.
