So many results that aren't mine?

KONYA'DA PASTAHANELERDE TÜKETİME SUNULAN DONDURMALARIN MİKROBİYOLOJİK KALİTESİ

Abstract:

Araştırmada. Konya'da pastahanelerde tüketime sunulan 46 adet sade, 27 adet kakaolu, 19 adet limonlu ve 19 adet çilekli olmak üzere toplam 109 dondurma numunesi toplam mezofilik aerobik, kolilorm, Staphylococcus aureus ve maya-küf yönünden incelendi. Numunelerin ortalama toplam mezofilik aerobik mikroorganizma sayısı 9.8x10^-2.5x1Q7 kob/g, koliform bakteri 2.6x102-7.9x107 kob/g. Staphylococcus aureus 1.2-1.7x103 kob/g. maya ve küf 3.4x102-1.9xtCH kob/g arasında tespit edildi. Sonuçta sade dondurmaların %49.97'si, kakaoluların % 66.65'i, limonlu dondurmaların %36.83'ü ve çilekli dondurmaların % 73.72'sinin Türk Gıda Kodeksi Mikrobiyolojik Kriterler Tebltği'ne uymadığı saptandı.
