Aim: The study analyzes if there is an interference between aerobic training and maximum strenght in chest press (CP), leg press 45º (LP) and bíceps curl (BC). Methodology: The sample consisted of 8 trained subjects of both sexes with a mean age of 27.2 years ± 5.12 cm and a height of 169.7 ± 10.7. In the first phase of the experiment took data collection and verification of maximum force in 1RM; the second phase was executed a memorandum of strength training (ST) and 70% of 1RM with three sets to concentric failure and three-minute break between the series and the third stage is the execution of a given protocol concurrent training (CT) with 20 minutes of aerobic exercise at 70-75% of MHR. preceding the TF. Results: The test results show no significant difference in mean repetitions in TF protocol when compared to the average of repetitions in CT protocol for LP 48.7 ±10.32 years; 45.1 ± 15.01 and 29.5 ± 3.82 BC; 29.1 ± 4.45 (p> 0.05), but significant difference was observed between the exercise protocols SR 36.7 ± 6.57; 34.7 ± 5.49 (p <0.05). Conclusion: Aerobic training with intensity 70-75% of MHR. When run for 20 minutes before strength training affected the performance of the force in carrying CP, however, there was no significant difference in LP and BC exercises.
