Disphagia, which develops in the late period due to vascular compression of the ozephagia, is a rare condition and is known as disphagia lusoria. It is indicated as the cause of arterial development anomalies that occur during the embryological development period of the branchial arc system. Most of the cases are symptomatic, but in 30-40% there are tracheo-özephagial symptoms. Disfaji lusoria is diagnosed with baryum floroscopic examinations and computer tomography. Manometric findings are variable, developing age-related emotional motility changes can contribute to the diagnosis of dysphagia lusoria. In our presentation of this phenomenon, we aimed at presenting the later-initial disphagia phenomenon that develops an aberrant right subclavian artery-related. In the case there was disphagia against solid foods and the symptoms were controlled by dietary modification without surgery.
