Bu araştırmanın amacı, stratejik yönetim muhasebesi araçlarının hastane performansına etkisini ölçmektir. Bu doğrultuda Şanlıurfa il ve ilçelerindeki devlet, özel ve üniversite hastanelerinin stratejik yönetim muhasebesi araçlarını ne kadar doğru kullandıkları ve bunların hastanelerin stratejilerine olan uyumu belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Şanlıurfa il ve ilçelerinde yer alan 20 hastanedeki yönetim kadrosu örneklemini ise 13 devlet, 4 özel ve 1 üniversite olmak üzere 18 hastanede yer alan yönetim kadrosu oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda stratejik yönetim muhasebesi araçlarının hastane performansına pozitif yönde etkisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
The aim of this research is to measure the impact of strategic management accounting tools on hospital performance. In this direction, the state, private and university hospitals in the province of Sanlıurfa and districts have been attempted to determine how properly they use strategic management accounting tools and their conformity to the strategies of hospitals. The universe of the research is the management staff in 20 hospitals located in the province and districts of Sanlıurfa; the sample is composed of the management staff located in 18 hospitals, including 13 state, 4 private and 1 university. The research method has been used. The research has found that strategic management accounting tools have a positive impact on the performance of the hospital.
