Araştırma Aile Sağlığı Merkezinde çalışan sağlık çalışanlarının iş doyum düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı tipte yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 205 sağlık çalışanı, örneklemini araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 181 sağlık çalışanı oluşturmuştur. Veriler Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve Minnesota İş Doyum Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde yüzde, ortalama ve standart sapma, karşılaştırmalarda Mann Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis testleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan sağlık çalışanlarının Minnesota İş Doyum Ölçeğinden aldığı “Genel Doyum” puanı 63.58±13.07, “İçsel Doyum” alt boyut puanı 38.4±8.95 ve “Dışsal Doyum” alt boyut toplam puanı 22.4±5.53’dır. İşe bağlılık ile Minnesota İş Doyum Ölçeği Alt Boyutları ve Genel Doyum Puan Ortalamaları arasındaki farkın istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu p˂0.005 saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak aile sağlığı merkezinde çalışan sağlık çalışanlarının genel olarak iş doyumunun yeterli düzeyde olmadığı belirlenmiştir

The research was conducted in a identifying type in order to determine the work satisfaction levels of health workers working at the Family Health Center. The universe of the study consisted of 205 health workers, 181 health workers who agreed to take part in the sample study. The data is collected using the Personal Information Form and the Minnesota Business Doyum Scale. In the assessment of the data, the percentage, the average and standard deviation, the Mann Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis tests were used in comparisons. The "General Doyum" score received from the Minnesota Business Doyum Scale by health workers involved in the study is 63.58±13.07, the "Interior Doyum" sub-dimensional score is 38.4±8.95 and the "External Doyum" sub-dimensional total score is 22.4±5.53. The difference between employment commitment and Minnesota Business Doyum Dimensions and General Doyum Points Mediums is statistically meaningful. As a result, health care workers working in the family health center have found that their job satisfaction in general is not sufficient.

Participating in the study of health professionals Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale obtained from the "General Satisfaction" score 63.58 ± 13.07, "Intrinsic Satisfaction" subscale scores were 38.4 ± 8.95 and "External Satisfaction" subscale total score was 22.4 ± 5:53. Commitment to work with the Minnesota Job Satisfaction and General Satisfaction subscale score was statistically significant difference between average p˂0.005 was observed. As a result of health professionals working in family health center generally has been determined that there isn’t an adequate level of job satisfaction
