Abstract:

Türkiye\'deki turizm faaliyetlerine konu olan doğal çekiciliklerden birisi de çağlayanlardır. Ancak, ilgi çekici bu doğa harikaları oluşumların turizm potansiyellerinin yeterince değerlendirildiklerini söylemek pek mümkün değildir. Baraklı Çağlayanı, Kocababa Dağı\'nın kuzeye bakan yamacından çıkan kaynak suyunun oluşturduğu traverten basamağı üzerinden dökülmesiyle oluşmuştur. 30 m yükseklikten düşen sular oldukça güzel bir görüntü oluşturmaktadır. Çağlayanın dışında yörenin turizm potansiyeli oldukça önemlidir. Amasya\'ya 44 km uzaklıkta olan çağlayan, Borabay gölü\'ne 40 km uzaklıktadır.
