Okul yöneticilerine verilen inceleme/soruşturma görevlerine ilişkin okul yöneticileri ile öğretmenlerin görüşlerini belirlemeyi amaçlayan bu araştırma, olgubilim (fenomenoloji) araştırma modelinde desenlenmiştir. Verilerin görüşme yoluyla toplandığı bu araştırmada verilerin analizinde içerik analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Veriler, araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formuyla toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 30 okul yöneticisi ile 26 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma grubunun belirlenmesinde amaçlı örneklem yöntemlerinden ölçüt örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada okul yöneticilerinin uzmanlık gerektiren inceleme/soruşturma görevlerinde kendilerini yetersiz gördükleri, bu görevlerin zaman kaybına ve insan ilişkilerinin bozulmasına neden olduğu, bu konuda verilen eğitimlerin yetersiz olduğu sonucuna ulaşılırken öğretmenlerin ise benzer gerekçelerle okul yöneticilerinin inceleme/soruşturma görevlerini doğru yapamadıklarına inandıkları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract:

This research, which aims to determine the views of school managers and teachers on the investigation/investigation tasks given to school managers, is designed in the research model of the phenomenology (fenomenology). In this study, the data was collected through the interview, the data analysis technique was used. The data was collected through a semi-configured interview form developed by the researchers. The study group consists of 30 school managers and 26 teachers. For the determination of the study group, the measurement sample method was used from the purpose sample methods. The study concludes that school managers find themselves insufficient in the research/investigation tasks that require expertise, that these tasks cause time loss and human relations disruption, and that the training provided in this regard is insufficient, and that teachers believe that school managers cannot perform the research/investigation tasks correctly for similar reasons.
