Abstract:

In the context of Islamic Criminal Law, the subject of magic was discussed in this study, the victim size of the crime in relation to the world’s penal dimension was assessed. In the positive criminal law, the punishment of magic is only assessed by elements such as abuse of the religious feelings of the public and qualified fraud.
